A. No. Brian's does not sell direct, or take orders directly from the end user customers. Any orders must be placed through one of our authorized dealers. Find a Dealer close to you!!

Q. Can I custom order equipment?
A. Absolutely! At Brian's, we pride ourselves in our custom work, everything from extremely detailed graphics, to custom sizing, to custom equipment modifications. We may be the last of completely custom equipment manufacturers in the world.
Q. How can I properly size for custom equipment?
A. Custom sized equipment is as easy as 1 - 2 - 3...
1. Skate size - simply the size of your skate
2. Ankle to Knee measurement - measure from the inside ankle bone to the middle of your knee cap (along the shin bone) in your crouch position
3. Thigh rise measurement - measure from the middle of your knee cap to the desired height you would like your pads to reach (up your leg).

Q. Do you/Will you sponsor goalies and/or teams?
A. Brian's, being a distributor all over the world, cannot possibly select one goalie over another to sponsor.
Q. What kind of warranty does Brian's offer on its products?
A. Brian's offers a 1 year limited warranty against all manufacturing defects. Natural wear and tear on the equipment is not included and/or covered under this warranty policy. All repairs and/or returns as a result of such problems are subject to inspection and judgement by Brian's, and may or may not be covered. For any/all warranty related issues on our products, please consult the original authorized Brian's retailer you purchased the items from for further instruction. Any/all product repairs/returns MUST be accompanied by an original proof of purchase.
Q. Where do I go if my equipment needs repairs?
A. Whether it is a warranty repair, or just simply a repair needed because of age or normal wear and tear, all products and repair returns must be handled through one of our authorized dealers, and not with the company directly. Find a Dealer!!
